Return & Exchange Policy
At DTEOnline, our biggest goal is to make our customers happy.
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
Sizing Issues
Please be sure to use the sizing chart on the product's page or email us before placing an order for questions regarding sizing.  -- Returns can be easily alleviated this way.
Please check the sizing charts accordingly as all designers and brands vary in sizing
We do not accept returns due to sizing related issues, only exchanges for the same product. For Size Exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping back the product to us.
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift certificate sent via email. We CANNOT issue refunds.
  • All returns requests must be received within 7 days* of the date you received your order.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
  • Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
    Change of Mind
    We understand you may want to change or refund your order after your purchase. At DTEOnline, we will gladly help you process any changes or refunds to your order within 1 hour of your order placement. Just give us a shout.  
    Shipping Issues

    United States Returns
    Returns from the U.S. should be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Returns shipped with other services than USPS will incur brokerage fees, which may be deducted from your return at the discretion of DTEOnline.
    How to Process a Return:
    • Please email the Customer Care team at service@dteonline to alert us that your return is on its way.
    • Please include your Order Number, Item(s) to Return and Reason for the Return in your email.
    • We will provide you the return address by email.
    • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
    • Please hang on to your tracking number in the event you need to track your package.
    International Returns
    • All returned items should be declared as a "Return of United States of America Merchandise" on the customs declaration form. Returned packages that do not have this on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly issue an exchange or store credit for the items that you specify. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your return or store credit will be processed and credited to the same email and address you used to make the original purchase.
    • Please email the Customer Care team at service@dteonline to raise your return request. 
    • In the email, please include your Order Number, Item(s) to Return and Reason for the Return in your email.
    • We will provide you the return address by email.
